Fixed rate 4.55% in year one, 5.1% in year two

Minimum loan: £30,000

Maximum loan: Up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £350,000, up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000, up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m, expatriates up to 70% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of mortgage repayments

Arrangement fee: 1% of original loan capped at £1,500

Redemption fee: 6% of the original loan in the first two years
