Mortgage Intelligence launches utility proposition

Mortgage Intelligence has become an authorised distributor utility services through the Utility Warehouse Discount Club.

The Utility Warehouse Discount Club will offer Mortgage Intelligence appointed representatives and directed authorised brokers with discounts across a range of utilities including home phone lines, mobile phone tariffs, gas, electricity and broadband.

Through the club, Mortgage Intelligence members have the opportunity to earn up-front commissions for every customer they sign up and a residual income each month from their customers’ bills.

Mortgage Intelligence managing director Sally Laker says: “The Utility Warehouse Discount Club presents a fantastic new income stream for members and I feel it fits seamlessly amongst the range of services brokers currently provide.”

The Utility Warehouse Discount Club authorised distributor Rob Barras says: “I am delighted that Mortgage Intelligence has chosen to work with us. This is a long-term strategic relationship which I feel will deliver significant benefits for Mortgage Intelligence members and their clients.”

I am trying not to take this personally but here am I trying to stimulate a debate about whether or not we have of late been enjoying a bear market rally – one that will run out of steam and hit new lows – or the start of a new bull market and apparently there is no debate to be had at all.
