Goldsmith Williams is being appointed as the exclusive legal conveyancing partner for mortgageforce and WOW! Mortgages

Brokers will be able to take advantage of a ten day legal completion service from receipt of the clients remortgage offer, as well as day one processing, 7 day service and no upfront or abortive costs.

Goldsmith Williams corporate services director David Shortt says: “Speed, reliability and value for money are often cited as top priorities for brokers when it comes to conveyancing. Through this partnership, we will be able to offer brokers all of these benefits.”

Francis takes Aviva non-exec role

Former ABI director general Mary Francis has joined the board of Aviva as an independent non-executive director. Francis, who joins on 1 October, is also a non-executive director of the Bank of England and Centrica.
