Type: Discounted rate tracker mortgage.

Discounted term: Five years.

Discount: Loans up to 80 per cent of valuation 1.25 per cent, up to 85 per cent 0.95 per cent.

Payable rate: Loans up to 80 per cent of valuation 5.23 per cent, up to 85 per cent 5.53 per cent.

Minimum loan: £25,000.

Maximium loan: Up to 85 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000.

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125 per cent of monthly mortgage payment.

Arrangement fee: Loans up to £50,000 – £325, £50,001 and above – 1 per cent.

Redemption fee: 5 per cent of outstanding loan for first three years.
