Mortgage 2000 sets up virtual processing deal

Mortgage 2000 is offering a virtual processing system to allow intermediaries to process and control loan applications for clients.

Casemaster allows intermediaries to process mortgage applications from submission through to offer stage, inc-luding instructing references and controlling the timing of valuations.

Intermediaries get their usual procuration fee plus a processing fee for the admin work they carry out. Mortgage 2000 estimates it will be an average 300 a case.

Managing director Sean Hornsby says: “Intermediaries obtain payslips, P60s and bank statements from clients and then submit these to the packager or lender. All we are doing with Casemaster is ensuring that everything is obtained in a structured format and paying the intermediary for doing it.”
