Morgan Stanley offers four structured deals

Morgan Stanley is offering four new structured products.

The products are a UK commercial property growth plan, an Asia ex Japan protected growth plan, an FTSE protec-ted growth plan and an FTSE capital plus plan.

The new products bring the number of Morgan Stanley retail plans to 60.

Minimum investment in all four plans is £3,000 and they are open for direct investment, stocks and shares Isa investments and transfers of existing Isas. The offer period ends on June 18.

Vice-president Marc Chamberlain says that given the current market environment, investors are increasingly looking for lower-risk investments, diversification and capital protection.

He says: “Our products provide retail investors with the opportunity to access sectors such as commercial property which were traditionally the reserve of institutions.

“The structured products offer full capital protection at maturity with highly competitive participation rates which will allow investors to diversify their portfolios to include these long-term opp-ortunities.”
