Money Portal to announce dramatic changes after Morris exit

The Money Portal will see a dramatic shift in the make up of its board in the next few weeks following the resignation of Tony Morris.
Managing director Richard Craven says an announcement regarding new board members is imminent a week after Morris resigned ahead of a court case where he offered to be disqualified as a director for ten years over involvement with liquidated companies.
Morris executive responsibilities at the firm have fallen to Craven.
TMP says his exit will have no impact on its existing operating companies as his focus has always been on fundraising and acquisitions.
Craven says: “We will see a dramatic shift in the board in the coming weeks following on from Tonys resignation. The episode is a great shame for both himself and me personally as we are good friends but it will not have a negative affect on our business as he was involved in special projects rather at the core of the firm.”
