Money Portal strikes fund research deal with OSBR

Money Portal is partnering with Old Broad Street Research in a move that will provide fund support to the IFA’s advisers.

The deal will see Money Portal’s internal fund research team, headed by Stewart Smith, given access to OBSR’s fund research and insights.

Money Portal chief operating officer Andrew Firth says the deal maintains its commitment to offer a market-leading research tool to advisers and expects more to use the facility.

He says: “By relying on our internal expertise supported by OBSR, our advisers will be able to offer an even better service to clients and save valuable time which can be devoted to enhancing their professional development, increasing productivity and spending more time with clients.”

OBSR managing director Richard Downs says: “OBSR is delighted to have been chosen to supply services to Money Portal which is recognised as one of the leading whole of market advisory groups.”
