MMR could see arrears increase

Moody’s warns that stricter underwriting standards following the FSA’s mortgage market review could push up arrears as it will be more difficult for non-prime borrowers to remortgage, leaving them vulnerable to interest rate rises.

FSA fines UBS £8m
