MLIM encouraged by stocks

The chief investment oficer at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers has been encouraged by the recent stock market movements.
MLIM CIO and president Bob Doll says that conditions are not in pace for a bear market despite the drag on equities from oil prices and economic uncertainty.
