Michelle Cracknell joins Lighthouse board

Cracknell will join the board from September alongside Columbia Threadneedle non-exec Ann Roughead

The Pensions Advisory Service chief executive Michelle Cracknell has been appointed as a non-executive director to the Lighthouse Group board.

Cracknell, alongside Columbia Threadneedle non-executive director Ann Roughead, will join Lighthouse on 1 September.

Cracknell will chair Lighthouse’s risk and regulatory committee.

Roughead will replace Alex Scott-Barrett on Lighthouse’s Luceo asset management investment committee. Scott-Barrett has been appointed senior independent director of the company.

Lighthouse chairman Richard Last says: “The board of Lighthouse is delighted to welcome Michelle and Ann as new directors of the company.

“Both will bring their wide range of experience in the UK retail financial services market, particularly in the areas of pension provision and asset management in the case of Michelle and Ann respectively.”
