Mform appoints new non-exec director

mform has appointed former Filofax chief executive Robin Field as a non-executive director.

The Edinburgh-based mortgage company has been set up by a team of experts from the financial services market and received investment from a number of funds managed by leading UK fund manager Artemis.

Field is currently chairman of Artemis Aim VCT and also a director of Artemis Aim VCT2, Metal Bulletin, e-tailer Great Little Trading Company, Zola Hotels, Wall Luxury Essentials and Chairman of online adspace specialists Unanimis.

mform chief executive Eamonn Rice says: “We are delighted to welcome Robin to the board of His experience will be invaluable in building on our successful launch and in enabling us to meet our business targets.”
