Meyrick resigns from JO Hambro

JO Hambro Capital Management UK sales director Richard Meyrick has resigned to pursue other interests.

He left on August 16 with no plans announced to join another firm. Meyrick joined in February 2002.

Meyricks’ UK retail team, comprising Philip Raby, Jonathan Woolley and Gavin Whitewill now report to head of sales and marketing Suzy Neubert until a longer-term replacement has been found.

Neubert says: “After a successful five and a half years with JOHCM, Richard has decided to take a career break. During his time with the company he has been instrumental in helping to build our presence in the Oeic market place.

“Most recently Richard’s focus has been to build a strong retail sales team for JOHCM, and whilst we’re sorry to see him leave, his hard work means we now have a team in place, which can continue to strengthen and build our relationships with IFAs, brokers, platforms, wrap-providers and networks.”
