Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 and S&P 500 indices

Minimum investment: £10,000-no maximum

Term: Five years and two weeks

Return: 10% growth plus the original capital at the end of year one provided both indices are at or above their initial values, 20% growth plus capital at the end of year two, 30% growth plus capital at the end of year three, 40% growth plus capital at the end of year four or 50% growth plus capital at the end of year five

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided neither index falls by more than 50% without returning to at least its initial value

Closing date: June 20, 2012 for bank transfers, June 15, 2012 for cheques

Commission: Initial 3%
