Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the Hang Seng China Enterprise Index and the iShares MSCI Brazil Index ETF

Minimum-maximum investment: £10,000-no maximum, Isa £10,680

Term: Six years

Return: 10% plus original capital at the end of year one provided the index and ETF are at or above their initial values, 20% plus capital at the end of year two, 30% plus capital at the end of year three, 40% plus capital at the end of year four, 50% plus capital at the end of year five or 60% plus capital at the end of year six

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index and/or ETF do not fall by more than 50% by the final day of the term

Closing date: May 18, 2001 for bank transfers May 13, 2011 for cheques, May 6, 2011 for Isa transfers
