Type: Enterprise investment scheme fund

Aim: Growth by investing in five to nine unquoted technology based companies in the UK

Minimum investment: Lump sum £25,000

Closing date: April 5, 2012

Charges: Initial 5%, annual 1.8% for the first four years if paid upfront with the initial charge, otherwise annual 2%

Special offer: Initial charge reduced to 3% for investors of the first £2m in to the fund

Offer period: Until the initial £2m investment target is met

Commission: Initial up to 3% or initial 2.25% plus 0.5% renewal
