Merchant Capital – Kick Out Plan World Indices

Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the S&P 500, Euro Stoxx 50  and Nikkei 225 indices

Minimum-maximum investment: £5,000-no maximum, Isa £10,680

Term: Six years

Return: 5% plus original capital at the end of six months provided the indices are at or above their initial values, 10% plus capital at the end of year one, 15% plus capital at the end of one year and six month, 20% plus capital at the end of year two, 25% plus capital at the end of two years and six months, 30% plus capital at the end of year three, 35% plus capital at the end of three years and six months, 40% plus capital at the end of year four, 45% plus capital at the end of four years and six months, 50% plus capital at the end of year five, 55% plus capital at the end of five years and six months, or 60% plus capital at the end of year six

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided none of the indices falls by more than 50% during the term without returning to at least the initial value

Closing date: July 8, 2011, July 1, 2011 for Isa transfers
