Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Income linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 and EuroStoxx 50 indices

Minimum-maximum investment: £5,000-£2m, Isa £10,200

Term: Six years

Return: 9.5% income a year providing both indices are above 75% of their initial value at each anniversary but plan matures if both indices are at or above their initial values at any anniversary

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided neither index falls by more than 50% without returning to at least its initial value by the end of the term

Closing date: December 6, 2010, November 29, 1010 for Isa transfers
