Aim: Income and the return of capital linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index

Minimum investment: £5,000-£2m, Isa £10,200

Term: Six years and three weeks

Return: 6.25% income a year, paid quarterly, provided index does not fall by more than 40% but income can be locked in for remainder of term, regardless of subsequent index performance, if index is at or above 125% of its initial value at the end of any year during the term

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided index is at or above 125% of its initial value at the end of any year during the term, regardless of subsequent index performance, otherwise capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by more than 40% at maturity
