Maximum benefits: Dental cover £36 up to 75% of cost, optical cover £36 up to 50% of cost, inpatient cover £12 a night up to 50 nights a year, extended hospital stay one claim a year of £20 up to five nights or £40 up to 10 nights, rehabilitation at home one claim a year £40 up to three nights, day case £12 a day for diagnosis, investigation, treatment or surgery, maternity benefit £75 a child after 12 months, consultancy £40 a year up to 50% of cost, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, acupuncture, chiropody, homeopathy, reflexology aggregate of £80 a year up to 50% of cost, funeral benefit £250
