MeaningfulMoney.tv, the consumer financial education website run by Jacksons Wealth Management managing director Pete Matthew, will celebrate its 250th episode this week.
Matthew (pictured) set up the MeaningfulMoney website in April 2010, backed by Seven Investment Management, to convey simple, clear financial information to consumers through regular, short online videos.
Since its launch Matthew has explained a range of topics including financial planning, dealing with debt, tax planning, pensions, protection and investments.
The website now averages between 60 and 70 views per day and has had over 30,000 views in total.
MeaningfulMoney.tv has grown to become Jacksons’ second largest source of business behind client referrals.
Matthew says: “MeaningfulMoney was started to get good, easy-to-understand financial information to ordinary people.
“Episode 250 will be a bit of a celebration of the milestone. There will be video comments from industry leaders and a chance to find out what my kids think about my work.”
The 250th episode of MeaningfulMoney will be available from 10am on Friday.
