McBrien stepping down at IFAP

IFAP has announced chairman Kevin McBrien is stepping down at the body&#39s November board meeting and is being temporarily replaced by former Scottish Amicable chief executive and current Advice First chairman Roy Nicolson.

McBrien, who is the former chief executive of pensions provider NPI and joined IFAP in June 2001, is resigning for personal reasons.

Nicolson is only taking over until a permanent replacement for McBrien is found.
