Fixed term: Until December 31, 2005.




Fixed rate: 6.35 per cent or 6.25 per cent if application submitted via website.




Minimum loan: £30,000.




Maximum loan: Up to 85 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £400,000.




Income multiples: Up to 75 per cent of valuation 3.25 times principal income plus second or 2.75 times joint. 76-85 per cent of valuation, three times principal income plus second or 2.5 times joint.




Features: Interest calculated daily, payment holidays, lump sum withdrawals, overpayments, underpayments.




Arrangement fee: £295.




Redemption fee: Six months&#39 interest on amount repaid during fixed rate period, thereafter one months&#39 interest if one months&#39 notice is not given.




Conditions: None.




Introducer&#39s fee: £150 for loans over £30,000. An additional £75 for loans over £75,000 and under 75 per cent of valuation. A further £30 if Market Harborough buildings and contents insurance is sold.
