Type: High interest account for pre-individual savings account investments into either mini or maxi ISA&#39s.


Minimum-maximum investment: Mini – £3,000, maxi – £7,000.


Interest rates: Mini – 7.75 per cent, maxi – 7.95 per cent.


Term: Until April 5, 1998.


Special offer: 0.5 per cent interest bonus until April 2000 for transfers to cash mini ISA&#39s.


Offer period: Until December 31, 1998.


Withdrawal penalties: No partial withdrawals allowed, full withdrawals are subject to loss of 90 days gross interest.
