Manor accelerates with growth fund

Guaranteed investment designer Manor Park is offering a new tranche of its guaranteed UK accelerated growth fund.

The fund guarantees a return of at least 100 per cent of the initial investment at the end of the five-year investment period no matter what happens to the stockmarket. It also feat-ures plus 120 per cent of the average percentage growth in the FTSE 100 index over the same period.

This means if the average growth in the FTSE 100 over the five-year investment period is 40 per cent, the maturity value of an investment of £10,000 would be £14,800. Minimum investment is £5,000.

The original tranche of the product had a compound annual return of over 14 per cent.

There are no explicit charges and the guarantees are provided by financial institutions with credit ratings of AA or higher.

Director Alan Williams says: “Investors in the original Manor Park UK accelerated growth fund are about to enjoy the proceeds of an investment which has offered the security of knowing that they could not lose any money whatever happened to the stockmarket over the period of their investment.
