Fixed term: Two years

Fixed rate: 3.49%

Minimum loan: £50,000

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £200,000

Income multiples: Up to four times principal income plus second or 2.75 times joint

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty in the fixed rate period, free valuation and legal fees, available only for properties in England and Wales, available direct and through intermediaries

Redemption fee: 3% of the amount repaid in the first two years
