Aim: Growth by investing in UK residential and commercial property, including distressed portfolios, high yield rental units, development opportunities, leasebacks and reversionary gains schemes

Minimum investment: £50,000, or £2,500 if an investment is made via an insurance bond or Sipp

Investment split: 100% in UK residential and commercial property
Place of registration: Cayman Islands

Charges: Initial 5% initial charge, annual 1%, performance fee 25% of returns above 10%
