Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE Nareit UK index

Minimum-maximum investment: £10,000-£1M, Isa £10,200

Term: Five years and two weeks

Return: 85% of the growth in the index capped at 75% of the original investment

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by more than 50% at the end of the term
