Long-term care paraplanning service launches

The Care Fees Advice Agency has launched a specialist long-term care paraplanning service for IFAs.

It is open to all IFAs who are qualified to give long-term care advice. For those who are not qualified, CFAA offer a referral service.

Director Tom Scott says: “Many IFA’s will only see the occasional long-term care case, which means that the burden of research and report writing is significant, with much work being carried out from scratch.

“We can offer access to one of our specialist care fees advisers who will guide IFAs through the process.  This will be backed up with our research and report writing allowing firms to give high quality independent advice and be able to present a compliant file in this complex and sensitive area.”
