LM Financial recruits John Charcol sales chief

LM Financial is recruiting former senior sales head at John Charcol&#39s Holborn head office as its regional sales director for the South of England Dale Pilkington.

Pilkington joins two other recent appointments, Chris Hervey is Lamensdorf&#39s new finance director and boasts over twenty years experience at director level in both the financial services industry and other business sectors. Terry Bates joins as director of recruitment and is tasked with an extensive recruitment programme over the next six months.  

Managing director Howard Williams says: “I am delighted to have Chris and Terry as part of our burgeoning management team. The company is in a period of rapid growth and I am pleased Lamensdorf is able to attract people of their calibre, as we broach the next phase of the company&#39s expansion.”
