Liverpool Vic speeds up fact-find system

Liverpool Victoria has enhanced its point-of-sale computer system for its salesforce to allow it to complete fact-finds in around 75 minutes.

The point-of-sale system was launched in April last year but has just been improved to speed up the fact-find process and it will now automatically produce a suitability letter.

Liverpool Vic says its members still want face-to-face advice and has made the improvements to its sales tools to make the process more efficient.

Fact-finds can now be uploaded and downloaded between sales consultants and head office. It also has automatic links in to a web-based diary management system and a regulatory control feature on the quality and quantity of advice given.

National field sales manager Jon Sandham says: “The development of our point-of-sale system enables us to meet our members&#39 needs but also ensures that the system is viable for us as an organisation. The system also ensures our consultant&#39s plan their time more effectively and be focused on giving our clients the right advice.
