Lighthouse teams up with Mortgage Intelligence

Mortgage Intelligence will now offer Lighthouse Group IFAs a mortgage help desk and enhanced procuration fees.

Lighthouse advisers will continue to receive regulatory, back office and business support from Lighthouse, with Mortgage Intelligence providing a centralised hub of product and procuration fee information.

Lighthouse advisers also have access to enhanced procuration fees and MI products if they choose to place all mortgage business with the distributor.

Lighthouse Group mortgage manager Stephen Chitty says: “In the current difficult mortgage market, lenders are increasingly restricting the best product deals to members of mortgage clubs. This agreement with Mortgage Intelligence represents a valuable opportunity for Lighthouse advisers writing mortgage business to remain competitive in the challenging market. We are very pleased to be able to offer this support to our advisers.”
