Lighthouse launches mortgage packaging service

Lighthouse Group has today launched a mortgage packaging service and support desk.

The group of IFA and pension scheme administrators says the new service will help advisers write more business, help source, prepare and submit mortgage applications.

It will be working with packager Mortgage Times Group and will offer a full in-house services for non-standard applications and have a competitive proc fee structure.

Lighthouse says since M-Day, it has seen an increasing number of mortgage advisers wishing to join it to benefit from its systems and infrastructure, and says it currently has 300 mortgage advisers.

The national IFA introduces in excess of £1bn to lenders annually.

Chief executive Malcolm Streatfield says: “This service reinforces our commitment to offer our advisers the best possible support. Not only are they able to call upon the vast resources and depth of knowledge within Lighthouse, but we are able to make life easier and help them be more productive.”
