Lifetime appoints new MD as CEO prepares to leave

Clive Witter has been appointed the new managing director of Norwich Union’s wrap operation, Lifetime.

Witter was previously managing director of NU’s Dublin-based offshore division, Norwich Union International Limited.

Former Lifetime chief executive Jeremy Bradburne has stood down from the board and will be leaving the company but currently carrying out a handover with Witter.

NU says it is time to bring Lifetime closer into the company and make it more integrated into its operations.

NU will also be putting more specialist resource into marketing and operations.

Witter says: “The Lifetime wrap platform is a leading player in the rapidly developing market and NU wishes to further develop its status. We have made good inroads into getting advisers signed on to the platform and developing the platform’s capabilities, but we want to accelerate this process to ensure we stay at the forefront of this important market.”
