LGIM appoints Boylan as CFO

Legal & General Investment Management has appointed Siobhan Boylan as chief financial officer.

Boylan, who was previously CFO at Aviva North America, will report to LGIM chief executive Mark Zinkula.

Boylan, who’s move is subject to regulatory approval, also occupied a number of financial roles within the Aviva group and was CFO of Aviva Investors from 2007 to 2011.

Zinkula says: “Our international expansion is gaining momentum as we experience increasing demand for our range of strategies. Siobhan’s experience as an internationally focused CFO will be a great asset to the business and I look forward to working with her.”
