Graham Jackson, formerly of L&G, is now operations director at Cofunds and will be responsible for service delivery to retail and institutional clients.
Jackson is replacing David Hobbs who is now Cofunds chief executive.
Also joining from L&G is Mike Carpenter who has taken on the new role of head of institutional operations.
Carpenter was product director at L&G and in his new rolewill be responsible for maintaining and building service for institutional clients.
As part of the reshuffle, finance director Mark Williams is to leave the firm at the end of March after four years with Cofunds to pursue other opportunities.
Former Skandia UK chief financial officer Simon Lloyd has been appointed as his replacement.
Former Suffolk Life director and FSA retail firms supervision manager Hugh May has been appointed to the new role of change director.
Both May and Lloyd’s appointments are subject to FCA approval.
