L&G says three funds comply with CAT standard

Legal & General says that three of its funds are compliant with the Government&#39s CAT standard for the securities-based individual savings account.

L&G&#39s UK Index, European Index and Corporate bond funds all meet the requirements in terms of charges and minimum subscriptions although the move to single pricing still requires some work.

The life office says that it will offer a range of ISAs in the deposit and equity categories while the insurance ISA has been postponed.

Besides those meeting the Cat standard, the other L&G ISAs to be offered comprise a US index tracker, a Japan index tracker and a Pacific index tracker.
