L&G is linking up with Jewish website

Legal & General is linking up with to sell its range of investment products through the website.

The partnership is the first of what the life office hopes will be many deals targeting specific communities.

Initially, users of totally will have access to online literature promoting L&G&#39s products. The company hopes to allow website purchases of protection, investment and savings products later this year.

Totallyjewish offers a wide range of information and services to the Jewish community.

On the website there are links for everything from football to international politics.

L&G confirms it is talking to other companies which serve affinity groups but will not go into specifics.

Retail customer director Kate Avery says: “Our internet partners strategy aims to enter partnerships with those consumer-focused destination sites who seek a range of good value products and services for their users.

& clearly has an important place in the Jewish community and so we are delighted to enter into partnership with them.”
