L&G in final push on Tessas

L&G is starting a final push on its Tessa range, highlighting the fact that the accounts can still receive new contributions of up to 2004.

But they must be opened by April 5 this year.

L&G says that investment in a Tessa can increase the tax free options open to new investors.

It says that up to £3,000 could be invested into a Tessa before April 5, while allowing the full first year Isa allowance of £7,000 to be invested in equities.
