L&G IM makes two new appointments

Legal & General Investment Management has appointed Georg Grodzki as head of credit research and Patrick Vogel as head of European credit portfolio management on its active fixed Income team.

Georg was previously with RBC Capital Markets as global head of investment grade credit research and Patrick has come from Deutsche Asset Management Frankfurt where he was a director managing investment grade portfolios.

Legal & General Investment Management head of fixed income Roger Bartley says: “I am delighted that Georg and Patrick are joining LGIM. They both have very strong track records and their experience will enable us to rapidly develop our global credit proposition. Their pan European focus will complement our Chicago based US credit team which now numbers ten people.”


Baring calls for shift to fully funded schemes
