Levitt set to sue over extradition attempt

Disgraced financier Roger Levitt could make millions out of the British Government over the DTI&#39s botched attempt to extradite him from the US. A judicial review on Friday will consider the rationality and legality of the DTI&#39s extradition request which was withdrawn last week. If the review is successful, lawyers acting for Levitt are set to sue the DTI for damages and exemplary damages.
