Leeds & Holbeck offers free conveyancing on base rate tracker

Leeds & Holbeck is offering a free in-house legal services to borrowers taking out its new base rate tracker mortgage.

The mortgage, available to customers who apply by October 18, 2002, guarantees to match the Bank of England base rate plus 0.29% until 1 November 2004, giving a current pay rate of 4.29%.

Loans are available up to 95% of property value, with no extended lock-ins, no application or completion fees, free valuation up to £250 and free mortgage payment protection cover for six months.
