Leeds & Holbeck Building Society discounts for five years


Leeds & Holbeck Building Society has launched a five year discount rate mortgage.


The loan offers a 1 per cent discount over the term for loans up to 90 per cent loan to value. The current payable rate is 5.79 per cent.


There is also an additional guarantee that the rate will never be more than 1 per cent higher than the Bank of England base rate during the discounted term.


Procuration fees are negotiable with the lender.
