Fixed rate: 4.95%

Minimum loan: 25,000

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of 500,000

Income multiples: Up to 4.25 times principal income plus second or 3.5 times joint

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty
Arrangement fee: 0.75% of the loan amount

Redemption fee: 4% of the amount repaid in year one, 3% in year two
