Leeds Building Society Intermediary 3-Year Fixed Rate

Fixed term: Until February 28, 2014

Fixed rate: Up to 85% of valuation –5.54%, up to 80% of valuation – 4.14%,  up to 75% of valuation – 3.69%

Minimum loan: £5,000

Maximum loan: Up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000, up to 80% of valuation subject to a maximum of £750,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 10% a year allowed without penalty in the fixed-rate period

Arrangement fee: Loans up to £500,000 – £800 completion fee plus £199 booking fee, loans above £500,000 – 1% of the original loan completion fee plus £199 booking fee

Redemption fee: 4% of the amount repaid in year one, 3% in year two, 2% in year three plus £199 admin fee
