Advice group LEBC has unveiled a new graduate scheme for those with economics and maths degrees.

The scheme will form part of LEBC’s broader recruitment programme, bringing in graduates and other workers with support for development and opportunities to study for Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications.

LEBC chief operating officer Jeremy Macleod says: “There are a huge number of graduates available in the market with both great ideas and skills that they can bring to our business. Our job is to find them as they will make a huge difference to our future successes.

“For the graduates, we will be providing a worthwhile career path working in a structured way alongside some very talented and experienced individuals. Graduates are in a habit of continuous learning and our responsibility is to facilitate this while also embedding them into our culture.”
