Lamensdorf recruits Lonrho chief

IFA Lamensdorf Group has appointed Terence Wilkinson, a former leading figure in the development of the global mining group Lonrho, as a non-executive director.

Between 1973 and 1999 Wilkinson held senior positions with Lonrho South Africa, Lonrho plc and Lonmin plc. From October 2000 he has been on the board of Cluff Mining.

Lamensdorf says this appointment is part of its ongoing expansion from a medium-sized UK IFA into an international wealth management group.
