Lambeth Building Society launches range of mortgages

Lambeth Building Society is launching a range of fixed and capped-rate mortgages.


The range includes a 2 year fix at 3.85 per cent offering 75 per cent loan to value and a 5 year fixed-rate at 4.95 per cent offering 75 per cent loan to value.


The society will also offer a 4 year fix at 5.8 per cent and a 4 year mortgage capped at 5.7 per cent. Both offer 95 per cent ltv.


All mortgages have a procuration fee of £100 for loans up to £50,000 and £150 for loans in excess of £50,000.
