Keydata new launch offers choice of counterparty

Keydata Investment Services is offering two options for its dynamic growth plan plus issue 16, including a choice of counterparty.

The five-year plan provides investors with accelerated exposure to the FTSE 100 and also offers varying participation in the index and cash collateralised derivative exposure.

Option one offers 10 times any rise in the FTSE up to a maximum investment growth of 60 per cent and 50 per cent capital protection unless the index halves or more during the investment term.

Capital security is underwritten by S&P AAA rated European Investment Bank.

Alternatively investors can choose option two with 10 times the rise in the index up to a maximum of 91.5 per cent with the same capital protection as the first option. Plan assets are issued by S&P A rated Morgan Stanley.

If protection barriers are breached capital will be reduced by 1 per cent for each 1 per cent. Growth is taxed as capital gains.

Keydata Investment Services director sales and strategy Mark Owen says: “The dynamic growth plan is a sensible investment for investors who want to maintain a cautious position in equity markets, and who also want the potential for a reasonable level of capital protection.”
