In a bid to streamline the referral process Key has launched a series of white-labelled microsites within its third party business structures, which takes the branding from their partners including Thinc Group, Intrinsic and Mortgage Support Network.
The microsites have been designed to help Key’s referral partners integrate their service alongside their core sites to add greater focus and ease of use.
The enhancement also enables simultaneous payments both to a network or organisation and to the originating adviser or firm.
Key group director Paul Wilson says: “Our ultimate aim is to make the referral proposition to partners of any size one which is slick and efficient. The recent redefining of the proposition and how it is delivered is allowing us to increase efficiency and at the same time increase the number of referrals we generate and are able to handle.
“The greatest gain for partners is that we are able to offer increased commission levels which, with our core selling points, stands us well ahead of the crowd.”
